If….
“Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.”
and…
“Life is suffering.”
Does this mean that life is optional? That the only guarantee is pain?

I bet you are – was it at the YJ Conference in San Francisco? I’ve heard lots of good things about his immersions, hope to have the chance one day. Too many teachers, not enough time (or $$$$$).
it was actually the five-day at the Yoga Workshop in Boulder. Cannot recommend it enough! Priced very reasonably, trick is getting in, it filled in six hours!
